Thanksgiving
Greetings,
Hope everyone is doing well. I have a large gallery for you today, it chronicles the entire Thanksgiving day at our house, from the cooking in the morning, to the play during the day, dinner and late into the night and the next morning!
Pam and I began cooking at 8am, the first few images are of us in the kitchen starting the turkey and other food. Paolo and the girls got up at 11am . . . I made everyone pose for a portrait, then more cooking….Paolo even had a go at some fruit salad.
The next images are of my siblings families, my farther carving the turkey and the kids playing football in the yard. Then a whole group portrait and dinner.
The fire images began at around 11pm and lasted well into the next morning. I began alone and Paolo came and joined me after finishing a movie and bidding everyone else goodnight. We had a few rootbeers and got very creative with the camera……these images are with the camera only, a Canon 40D and a 24-70 lens, there is NO post processing, no Photoshop….just inspired artistry!!!
